Grantee Benefits
Building a sustainable well-being program requires more than just funds.
Technical Assistance
We know that shifting culture and supporting well-being at your organization requires more than just funding.
That’s why all our grantees have access to staff with expertise in employee well-being best practices as well as tools to help with programming, activities, and grant management.
Capacity-Building Grantees meet quarterly to learn together about the foundational elements needed to implement a successful education employee well-being program.
EEW Grantees are assigned a liaison. This Oregon Well-Being Trust staff member works with them over the course of their grant to track progress, complete grant reporting and, most importantly, offer resources and tools to support their programming.
Sustainability Grantees can ask for help whenever it’s needed.
We also provide tool kits and resources to help education organizations access information on a range of relevant topics. The Blueprint is our most-referenced resource and offers insights on designing sustainable, inclusive well-being programs.
Be Well App
All grantees are offered access to Be Well, a virtual well-being challenge platform and phone app.
This virtual platform can spark friendly competition and engage employees of all departments and worksites. With the ability to create teams at the organization level or compete together in the annual grantee vs. grantee movement challenge, Be Well can be a virtual space for building community and connection.
Be Well can also convert most activities, like gardening, paddle boarding, or lifting weights into steps.

“Lindsey, the presenter, validated everything our team is doing and gave me a new sense of possibility regarding somatic work in the workplace. I am excited to take this to another level.”
Journey to Wellness Attendee
Journey to Wellness
Journey to Wellness is a free, invitation-only event for Oregon Well-Being Trust grantees and affiliates to learn, share, and get inspired together. Wellness coordinators are encouraged to invite up to five wellness team members or champions from their organization for team bonding and planning.
Peer Networking Sessions
The Peer Learning Network is a gathering of workplace well-being champions, many of whom are past or current recipients of OEA Choice Trust Fund grants. Meetings are held four times a year on the second Wednesday of the month.
The purpose of these gatherings is to create space for wellness coordinators and champions to exchange ideas, experiences, and strategies to build workplace cultures that value well-being and resilience.
While each session may have a broad theme or structure, the real learning comes from the sharing and connections that happen during our time together.
