Peer Networking Sessions

The Peer Learning Network is a gathering of workplace well-being champions, many of whom are past or current recipients of Oregon Well-Being Trust grants. Meetings are held four times a year on the second Wednesday of the month.

The purpose of these gatherings is to create space for wellness coordinators and champions to exchange ideas, experiences, and strategies to build workplace cultures that value well-being and resilience.

While each session may have a broad theme or structure, the real learning comes from the sharing and connections that happen during our time together.

Technical Assistance

Each grant offers different levels of technical assistance.

Capacity-Building Grant – Grantees receive four group learning sessions tailored to their needs. These sessions focus on designing an engaging, inclusive program. Grantees must attend three out of four sessions during the grant year.

Education Employee Well-being Grant – Grantees are assigned a coordinator from the Oregon Well-Being Trust Grants Team to help them over the course of their multi-year grant. The grant coordinator offers support year-round, tailors resources and assistance to the grantee’s unique program, and helps with reporting and grant compliance.

Sustainability Grant – Grantees can reach out for support during their grant year, but because they are sustaining established programs, there are no requirements to do so.
