Wellable is a online platform that can help you bring employee well-being opportunities to your organization.
If your organization receives a grant from Oregon Well-Being Trust, it is eligible to get Wellable for all employees, for free!
If your organization is not a grantee, you can request yearly access to Wellable as a Contracted Well-Being Service for up to three years.
Wellness Challenges
Hold site-based or organization-wide challenges where users can sync fitness devices for easy fitness tracking and convert activities like yoga or volleyball to climb the leaderboard!
On-Demand Content
Visit Wellable’s On-Demand library for workouts, mindfulness practices, foam rolling, recipes, and more! Use filters to easily find the content you want, and earn points with every workout.
Health Content
Send well-being newsletters, tips, and printable digital fliers to users who opt in. You can even send webinar sign-ins to colleagues.
Self-Care SERIES
Join the monthly interactive self-care workshop series for some virtual well-being time on topics like functional mobility, deep recovery stretching, boxing boot camp, and reflective journaling.
Health Webinars
Join the monthly self-care webinars to brush up on a variety of health topics! Webinar subjects include nutrition, mental health, getting better sleep, and summer safety.
Wellness Assessment
Learn more about employees’ well-being needs and interests with the Personal Wellness Assessment, which provides anonymous compiled data about your organization!
