In 2022, we drafted our Equity Stance, a living document containing the equity commitments that help guide our work. This document evolves as we continue to learn and consciously address our mistakes.
Our Equity Stance
We are dedicated to promoting the health and well-being of Oregon public education employees and honoring their diverse identities including race, ethnicity, social or economic class, age, language, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or religion.
Our Equity Commitments
We know that intention alone will not change things. We have developed a list of commitments to help guide us and that demonstrate what we have done, what we are doing and where we would like to go.
